Barberita is a mobile platform that connects users with grooming service providers including barbers, beauty salons, pet grooming services, and related businesses. We facilitate booking appointments and provide a convenient way to access various grooming services.

User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Booking and Appointments

When you book a service through our app:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the service provider
• All bookings are subject to availability
• You must arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Cancellation policies vary by service provider
• You are responsible for reviewing and understanding cancellation terms before booking

Payments and Fees

Payment terms:

• Prices are set by individual service providers
• All prices are displayed in local currency (JOD)
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• Service fees may apply to certain transactions
• Refunds are subject to the service provider's policy
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm service providers or other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the service

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Barberita app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Leading Business and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We provide the service 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The quality of services provided by third-party service providers
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app
• The accuracy or reliability of information provided
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barberita and Leading Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms
